Setup & Tear Down

Team Description

This team serves behind the scenes to prepare our spaces for worship and community. They are responsible for setting up chairs in the main auditorium each week, as well as preparing spaces for special mid-week events.

If you enjoy active behind the scenes service, this team is for you.

Serving Opportunities

  • Chair Team:
    • Auditorium Reset: Our morning crew gathers at 9:00 AM to unstack and lay out the auditorium chairs, while our afternoon crew meets at 5:15 PM to adjust and straighten the chairs. (Note: These times can occasionally shift depending on the church event calendar.)
    • Special Event Setups: Beyond our weekly auditorium reset, this team serves on an as-needed basis to prepare rooms for church events including luncheons, holiday events, and special celebrations.
